A habit game for iPhone · Age 16+
It's like the Tamagotchi game from when we were kids — but the character is you.
ftns.ai gives you a digital twin — a living 3D avatar that eats what you eat, trains when you train, and sleeps when you sleep. Take care of yourself by taking care of it.

How it works
-
Log it.
One check-in a day, whenever suits you — no forced morning or bedtime slot. Meals, workouts, water, sleep, mood, steps, weight. Type it, say it out loud, or let Apple Health fill it in for you.
-
Your twin reacts.
Right then, on screen: mood, posture, energy, a floating emoji beat for a good log. Your Life Score moves the same moment, and your twin rebuilds weekly from what you actually tracked.
-
Your future updates.
Every log nudges the projections — 3 months, 1 year, 20 years out. Unlimited, and never metered.
What is ftns.ai?
ftns.ai is a digital twin fitness app for iPhone. You get a living 3D avatar of yourself that eats what you eat, trains when you train and sleeps when you sleep. Log a meal, a workout, water, sleep, steps or a mood check — or let Apple Health sync do it for you — and the twin reacts on the spot while your Life Score moves.
It is the Tamagotchi feeling from childhood pointed at your own life. You kept a pixel creature going as a kid; here the character is you, and looking after it means looking after yourself. There is nothing to perform for and nobody to beat — the app has no social side at all, and that is a locked decision rather than a version-one gap.
The part nothing else has is Future Self: your twin projected across six horizons, from three months out to twenty years, on three timelines built from your own habit data. It is unlimited and never metered, and it is the quickest way to see where your current pace is actually taking you.
Meet your twin.
Full-body, in colour, and yours to spin a full 360° with a drag. It breathes, it idles, and the light shifts with its mood.
- Two speeds. A fast mood axis — radiant, content, neutral, low, weary — that answers to the last few days, and a slower build that recomputes weekly from what you actually tracked. Not vibes: tracked data.
- Instant reactions. Log something good and your twin responds on screen with a floating emoji beat. That reaction is the whole point of the loop.
- Tap a body part. Jump straight from your twin into a focused session request with your coach — arms, legs, back, wherever you want the work to go.
- Miss a day and nothing breaks. Missed days slow your progress and soften your twin. They never punish you, never shame you, and never damage it. Nothing about your twin is ever unflattering.
Six numbers that tell you exactly how today went.
Your Life Score is one number from 0 to 100, built live from six categories. Tap the ring and it breaks down what moved it and why. Colour means the same thing everywhere in the app: green is on track, amber is middling, red is over or off.

- Consistency
The same formula for everyone. Standards and targets are calibrated by sex only where physiology genuinely differs — and your score history charts on Progress, so you can see the trend, not just today.
See where this is going.
Future Self projects your twin across six horizons on three timelines, driven by your real habit data rather than entertainment randomness. The gentler projections stay gentle — tired, lower on energy. Never scary, never mean.

Coasting
What easing off looks like, said kindly.
Unlimited, and never metered. Generations never cost gems or credits, and there is no cap on how often you look. Share it through the normal share sheet whenever you want.
Everything you track.
Fast to log, and it all adds up in one place.
-
Food, without the macro math
Search a built-in food database or add your own. Or just say "two eggs, toast and a coffee" — the audio is transcribed on your device and never leaves it; only the text goes on, to work out the items and macros. Your calorie and protein targets are generated from your own numbers, goals and pace, the macros compute themselves, and today's workouts add their burn on top.
-
Workouts, guided set by set
Gym, home, Pilates, running, walking, sports and recovery. Guided sessions give you a set wheel with target reps and working weight, a count-up timer, per-set actuals and dictated notes. Rate it Easy, Good, Tough or All-Out and next time adjusts.
-
Wellness and measurements
Water, steps, sleep, mood, alcohol and caffeine. Weight, muscle and circumferences — waist, hips, chest, arms, legs, glutes — each with a short how-to right where you enter it, plus a caliper guide if you do not have a machine. None of it is ever required.
-
Missions worth doing
Three to five fresh missions every morning, personalised to your goal. Weekly missions like the 7-Day Glow-Up. Monthly epics that are genuinely hard — Summer Cut, Strong Season, Wedding Prep, the 30-Day Discipline Challenge. They pay XP and gems, and they are pure upside: side quests, never homework.
-
XP that only goes up
XP never decreases. Ever. You simply do not gain any on a day you do not act. Five personal tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond — earn a bigger monthly streak-freeze allowance and tier-only cosmetics. Tiers are strictly yours; they are never a comparison against other people.
-
Your own perfect week
You set your goal frequency. If your week is four workouts, then hitting four is a perfect week — seven is not required. Streak freezes cover the days life gets in the way, and the allowance grows from two a month to six as you move up the tiers.
-
A calendar that looks forward
A month grid that flips between a workout face and a wellness face. Past days show what you actually logged. Future days show what is scheduled, because plans are anchored to real dates — a month-long block lands on real weekdays. Tap any day for the full timeline.
-
18 trend charts
Consistency, weight trend, measurement trends and your Life Score history, plus eighteen stat charts covering calories, protein, steps, water, sleep, mood, training, alcohol, caffeine and every measurement you keep. The numbers are always shown: no hide-the-numbers mode, no forced progress photos, no automatic before-and-afters.
-
Apple Health, quietly
Steps, sleep, weight, your measurements, water, caffeine and alcohol pull in automatically, and workouts import and de-duplicate themselves. It is read-only — nothing is ever written back to Health — and anything you enter yourself takes priority. If you never connect Health, everything still works by hand. Daily reminders arrive in your twin's own voice — first person, in character, friendly and matter-of-fact.
A coach that builds the plan.
No gimmick persona, no roleplay character — a friendly assistant that does the work. It builds workout plans from your goal, pace, equipment and the exercises you have excluded, drawing on a 50+ exercise catalog. It builds meal plans across six styles — high-protein, vegetarian, vegan, keto, budget and Mediterranean — with per-meal macros, so ticking off a planned meal actually moves your day.
- "I don't want to deadlift — swap it." Ask in plain words. Exclude an exercise and it is never programmed for you again. Like a session and it comes back around. Ask how today is tracking and you get a straight answer.
- Your tone, your call. Motivational or matter-of-fact, switchable any time. Same substance either way — it just talks the way you want to be talked to.
- Offered, never imposed. A finished plan waits in the coach inbox until you decide to add it. Nothing lands in your day without you putting it there.
Hard limits, always: your coach is a game feature, not a health professional. No medical claims, no promises about results.
Privacy, said plainly.
This is not fine print. It is one of the reasons the app is built the way it is.
- Your data lives on your phone. Logs, weight, measurements, meals, workouts, run routes, your twin — saved in protected files on the device. Nothing read from Apple Health ever leaves it.
- Photos build your avatar, and nothing else. The three posed shots go to the avatar engine and come back as your twin. Never used to train AI, never used for anything else. Your photos are private and never posted publicly.
- Nothing social, ever. No feed. No followers. No leaderboards. You compete with yourself and nobody else, and that is a locked product decision rather than something we will quietly add later.
- Analytics you can switch off. Settings → Privacy → "Share usage analytics" turns them off for good, and they never include a single health value — not your weight, calories, macros, measurements, or anything from Apple Health.
- One tap deletes everything. Profile, logs, twin, models, routes, scores — gone from the device, and your account profile with them. No email, no waiting, no retention games.
- A glance shows nothing. The app covers itself in the iOS app switcher, so handing someone your phone never puts your numbers on display.
About the photos.
Sign-up asks for three posed shots, and they do one job: they become your avatar. They travel through our own backend to the avatar engine — Google edits the images, Meshy builds the model — and the app keeps the finished models rather than your originals. When the avatar engine is not available in a build, your twin comes from your body metrics instead. Never used to train AI, never used for anything but your avatar, and the Privacy Policy sets out every step. Your photos are private and never posted publicly.
