Do You Need Progress Photos to Track Fitness?
You do not need progress photos to track fitness. Photos are an optional visual ledger some people like — not a required ritual, and not what makes a habit count.

How the digital twin works, why the habit loop is built the way it is, and what happens to your data. Written by the people making it, in plain words.
You do not need progress photos to track fitness. Photos are an optional visual ledger some people like — not a required ritual, and not what makes a habit count.
Consistency is a weekly count you choose, not a perfect daily chain. Rest still belongs to the week. A miss is a gap — start the next honest session, not week one.
You need accountability. Whether you need a fitness accountability app depends on which witness you will not start hiding from: a person, a stake, or a private log.
Active recovery is light movement on purpose. A rest day is a full stop on purpose. Neither is a miss — and you can log both without starting over.
A non-scale victory is progress that does not depend on the scale. Clothes, energy, sleep, consistency, and honest mood check-ins all count — and you can track them without a public body post.
It is okay to miss a day. One missed session is a gap in a week, not a zeroed account. Rest days are not misses. A broken streak is not a restart.
A habit game for iPhone. Private by default, free for seven days, and the twin is the whole game.
