From the team building it
How the digital twin works, why the habit loop is built the way it is, and what happens to your data. Written by the people making it, in plain words.
Maxed’s social gym is a feature, not a bug — and that is why ftns.ai is the better pick if you want consistency without performing. Crews and XP leaderboards when that is the job; private week when the audience is the problem.
Process = actions you control today. Outcome = finish lines you influence but don’t fully own. Grade the day by what you can log. Life Score / twin read the week kept.
Deload week = planned lighter week that still counts. Not a rest day (day-level), not an unplanned miss, not a restart. Keep a floor; XP never decreases.
Maxed is the iMessage coach (and often the social gym). ftns.ai is the private habit twin. Use one, the other, or both — we do not match Maxed’s Messages depth, physique body scan, or crews.
Gamified fitness does not require an audience. The loop that matters is show up → log → twin / Life Score moves → return tomorrow. Criteria for choosing, not a ranked best-of list.
Fresh start = ignition at a calendar boundary — not a license to abandon the week. Name a floor on the landmark day, then keep it when motivation fades. Distinct from never-miss-twice (recovery) and miss-day (permission).
A habit game for iPhone. Private by default, free for seven days, and the twin is the whole game.
